How do I add a spell that is in addition the the ones gained by leveling?

My very nice DM added a spell scroll in the loot we recently received. How do I add an additional spell when it’s not one I gained from leveling?

What I’ve tried so far:
I go to Character Builder, and click Add Rank 2 spell, and can see the spell he gave me on the list, but the Select button is greyed out, as it thinks I’ve already selected all 4 that I get from leveling. Demiplane seems to think I have all the spells I need, but my loot list would beg to differ! I can see how to add more spell slots, but I do not need additional slots, just additional spells in my spellbook to choose from.

Game: PF2e. Class: Witch.

You want to add an item instead of adding a scroll.

Add a consumable, search for scroll of 2nd rank spell and add that to your inventory. Then in the detail for the scroll, select the spell that was given.

Go into your spellbook under spells tab. Right at the top-left of the pop-up that appears on the right side is a button for adding a spell:
