I am not interested in the revised Pathfinder rules. I was told I could still use the older, or legacy version. But when I make a character, it only shows attribute modifiers, not scores. How do I disable to new version?

As of this time, we are only showing attribute modifiers and not scores, because the math is the exact same behind the scenes, this doesn’t impact the mechanics at all. I will, however, pass along your feedback to the team to look into showing the attribute scores on sheets for legacy characters. 
If I am only using legacy content, I want the option to see just legacy content. Nothing from the remaster. I feel you are forcing the remaster on people that don’t want it.
If I am making a legacy character, then the sheet should have the legacy content shown. Attribute score and alignment.
