How is the best way to contact Demiplane support?

Having a few problems with my account here, and my links to Roll20.

I see my account in Demiplane has changed to “Deleted user” deletedUser336670 - Demiplane Profile and I am struggling to open character sheets in Roll20. I seem the only one in my gaming group that is having problems.
