How long does it normally take for a ticket to be responded to?

Made a ticket on Saturday due to a purchasing issue with two of the Vampire: The Masquerade books. There was an error so it’s not registering that I purchased either, despite showing money taken from my bank account, and the receipt in my gmail inbox.
Just wanted to know how long tickets normally take, mostly for peace of mind so I don’t work my anxiety up. (I totally understand with it being the weekend, and the polar vortex weather blowing through parts of the US, since my state had to deal with that this weekend)
