Human ancestry feats: Arcane Tattoos, Caustic Nectar, and Quick Root

If I take the human ancestry feat “Arcane Tattoos” with legacy disabled, no spells can be selected, so the feat itself should probably be hidden, together with the higher level versions (ornate tattoo, etc.).

Also, caustic nectar and quick root seem like they should be hidden unless the relevant traits are present.

For Caustic Nectar and Quick Root, currently we don’t have the ability to hide feats based on prerequisites like that, so they currently show as options.
