Hey i have a question about the Power ‘‘Reduced Focus’’.
As Reduced Focus power says that it ‘‘Reduces the focus cost of a particular power by -5’’ So if i use it on Blink Barrage that cost 5 focus to use would it reduce the cost to 0, or would it do noting at all ?
its a bit unclear in the book its under the new iconic Item rules that that’s all it says as far as i seen. So a little help would be much appropriated.
Yes, it would apply and bring the cost to 0. Just to be clear, I think it is only intended to be used on powers in the Iconic Item. Applying it to something outside of the Item would likely need narrator approval.
Of course i would only use it on the powers of the Iconic Item since the ‘‘Reduced Focus’’ can only be found on the Iconic Item list :D. But thanks you for the Answer

Really hoping that stuff like Reduced Focus ends up being added standard to a Stunts/Advantage system, and we see Restrictions/Disadvantages extended out to standard powers as well. It would be nice to able to further customize powers and characters.
