I was wanting to have a houserule for my game group to let them take more level-up options on level-up (to raise the floor a bit on making build mistakes, mostly).
having that toggle made me happy, but it doesn’t work. all it does is let you select extra domain cards.
I would really like for this builder ability to actually be available.
Hey ChimestLore, welcome to the community, sorry for the trouble you’re having trying to get that house rule into play. Can you tell me a bit more about how you were expecting this to work and what it’s doing instead?
in that image, in the level-up section of the character builder, the settings gear, the only setting is “ignore limits”.
where it lets you “choose domain deck card” (marked 0/1 on that character), it lets you pick multiple if that toggle is active.
where it lets you choose “level up options” (marked 0/2 on that character), it does not let you pick any more than the 2 even with the toggle active.
