Hey- I don’t mean to be that guy who bugs devs about updates that take time, but I was curious on any amount of progress made on adding more of the books from the interface red volumes, like Going Metal and Elflines Online as a couple key examples?
Hi Uige! We’re deep in work for Gen Con at the end of this month, so nothing we’ve got in active work at the moment, but we have Danger Gal Dossier with Danger Gal Dossier+ partially done and waiting for after Gen Con to get back to it, along with one other DLC title we haven’t shared yet. And we’ll continue beyond that to keep delivering more of them!
(Always great to share which ones you care about the most, too, so happy to add your request to weight our decisions of what’s next!)
Most (but not all) of the info in Interface books are from the free DLCs. I am curious if Demiplane will be doing the free DLC data separately from the Interface books. (Personally, I want the 4 Interface books and would prefer them, but I know a lot of folks only care about the free stuff.)
I would really like to see cyber chairs In the Nexus. I want to add one to a character that I’m creating now. I was very shocked not to find it given that it’s free. However, I respect that implementation takes time. I just want to see cyber chairs for the sake of inclusion For characters with disabilities
We’re definitely planning to add more of the free DLC in the future and letting us know like this what you want to see really helps us determine what to do next!
One thing I would truly love but also understand that it would be a bit of work to get in is Full Body Conversions, it’s my personal favorite part of the game.
Is it something that might be planned to get in or might it be that you know that it won’t be added?
Thank you so much! Love the work you all are doing!
I don’t actually know if this is something planned or not. I’ll pass along that it’s something you’d like though.
FBCs (Full Body Conversions) are covered in the “Going Metal” section of Interface Vol 3. This is the “extra” piece of Iv3 that is not from free DLCs. Similarly, “Exotic” body sculpts and body mods are covered in “Exotics in 2045” from Interface v2 as the “extra” chapter.
So if/when we get the Interface books, we’ll get both FBC and Exotics.
