Our circle just acquired the Interdisciplinary circle ability:
When choosing a new ability during character advancement, once per campaign, each character may choose an ability from a character role or specialty outside their own.
However, I’m having trouble finding a way to add an ability from a role or specialty outside of my own.

Once you’ve selected Interdisciplinary, you’ll have a new toggle appear when selecting the advancement option to gain a new ability. It’ll be at the top, before the list. When you activate the toggle, the list will refresh to include all of the other options available to you. Here’s a screenshot that I hope is helpful. Here I have the toggle turned “on” (yellow, with the slider button on the right, off will be grey with the slider on the opposite side). Though this character is a criminal slink, I now have other options in the list, as you can see.
