Inviting friends to the Closed Alpha - not working?

I got my access to the closed alpha about a week ago and (rough edges aside) it’s looking great!! But I’ve run into some issues when trying to send invites to some friends using the link:

Initially when I clicked on the link it took me to a page that said:

I figured I might just need to give it some more time and the next day when I checked I was able to invite 3 friends, but they never received their access. And when I go back to the link now it’s giving me the old “Check again when your alpha test access is granted” message - even though I can use the character creator so I clearly have access. :slight_smile:

Just wondering if there are known issues with this or if I’m doing something wrong or how this is supposed to work. Thanks!

We have had a handful of issues with that form, primarily dealing with permissions for who can access it. If you submit a support ticket with your account email address, our team can look into it and resolve that issue for you: https://demiplane.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
