So I had an issue building an Iconic Item today. I built my character almost completely, wanted to build an Iconic Item with my last Power slot. Went in, gave it two limitations and bought two powers. When I went to buy the third power to make it cost one slot, it would not let me. I went back to my character and removed two powers. I went in to the Iconic Item and bought my third power, making it cost 1. Then went back and repurchased my two normal powers again.
