Issue with Melee Weapons (Blunt) and Melee Weapons (Sharp)

Namely: when creating a character with Special Training as their only origin, neither of these options are available, and I am instead forced to choose the legacy Melee Weapons power set. Given those two seem to be intended as replacements/corrections of the initial situation where one did not need to choose either Melee or Blunt weapons during character creation, this strikes me as a significant problem.
