I have Lost Omens Highhelm here on Demiplane, but after refreshing the Paizo Connect, I don’t seem to have it in my digital collection over on Paizo’s side. However, I somehow have Books 1,2, and 6 of The Agents of Edgewatch and The Stolen Fate 1 and 2 Adventure Paths on Paizo, but I did not purchase them on their storefront. Was a glitch in the system possible and caused a mix up in what should be redeemed? Thanks in Advance
I don’t believe it’s possible that a glitch would cause you to suddenly own books that you did not previously, but you’re welcome to submit a support ticket here and we can look into the backend of your account to make sure nothing looks off.
