[LFP] [LFDM] [D&D 5e/2024] "Would-Be Heroes" Twitch channel looking to expand with new games and new players!

Ahoy hoy!
The small-but-growing “Would-Be Heroes” Twitch actualplay video and streaming podcasts channel is now wrapping up our first year and a year-long Marvel Multiverse campaign… and we are EXPANDING!

We are building and developing new content (with a lean into D&D, as it’s my first love)… with a current (pre-existing) focus/casting call for the following systems:

  • Dungeons & Dragons (5e/5.5)
  • BREAK!
  • Mecha Vs. Kaiju
  • Lancer
  • Hunter: the Reckoning (World of Darkness)
  • Cypher System
  • (and possible others!)

To that end… we are also SPECIFICALLY seeking a D&D DM to run an Actual Play!

(Alternately… seeking a DM that is looking to PLAY in an AP… possibly as a collaborative for both channels!)
(Alternately alternately… more than one DM/game can sprout from this… what we’re also looking for is content - so if you have an idea but you need help setting yourself up, we can help with that, too!)

So… this is where YOU come in!

Have you ever wanted to run your own game but lack the streaming resources to run a game AND a channel?

Can you envision yourself as the next Brendan Lee Mercer or Matt Mulligan?

Well so can WE!

Send me a PM and let’s get that campaign idea of yours rolling!

(Subject, of course, to availability of players to match DM time frames LOL)

What we’re MAINLY looking for is a DM-type that might be looking for a team to help them build some channel content… or perhaps arrange to do an exchange where one DM plays in the other’s campaign… and the more the merrier!

What you get:

  • I am an experienced Twitch streaming Dungeon/Game Master (and Creative Director of the “Would-Be Heroes” channel) with over 40 years of experience with ALL editions of D&D, as well as a multitude of other ttrpgs. I am knowledgeable in video/sound editing and can help you learn to build and develop your own recordings! I (currently) use Zoom to record and OBS to create the videos that I upload to the stream (maps and details courtesy of Roll20!) ! I have plans to use Syrinscape, have built my own maps on Inkarnate and other tools to enhance player (and viewer) experience!
