Requiring someone to buy books they already have to unlock perks to level up characters is terrible. I will not be purchasing the book again for that and will be cancelling my subscription. This is a shameful grab. Disappointed. besides, it’s often common for the GM to have the books and the players not to. They should be able to make characters, etc without investing the substantial amount of money involved in buying the core rulebook.
