With the Paizo pre-order of Lost Omens Rival Academies about a month away, are we going to see a pre-order for it on Demiplane soon?

Regardless of if we have a pre-order set up in time — yes, we will be releasing Rival Academies alongside Paizo as usual on the same day-and-date (March 5th).
