It is not unusual for ST’s in vampire to discount the exp cost of individual merits or loresheets or the like. This can be due to Memoriums or some or projects or the like. It would be helpful if we could manually edit the xp log from purchases. Right now it is either normal xp cost or no cost. I was looking to change the log for those times it is half cost.
