Can’t export PDF from Character sheet. Get the pop up “Error Getting PDF”. Tried in different browsers on Windows and Android.
Can I get a link to the character this is happening on? I’d like to test on my side as well. Could I also ask you to see if you’re able to export a PDF from another Nexus? Pathfinder has free options to toss a character together to test with if needed.

The problem seems to be with the official ones. I can’t copy them into my characters. Get the pop up that I can only have 7, but I only have 2 at the moment and I can’t export the pdf.

I think I know what’s going on here. There was a bug that prevented free accounts from saving copies of shared character sheets. This was previously resolved but appears to have snuck back in somehow. I’m getting a ticket filed so that we can investigate and get this fixed again.
To be more direct the problem you’re having is because you can’t export a character sheet that’s been shared to you. It has be a sheet on your account that you have ownership over.

How far are we? Or should I get in direct contact with support. I wanted to run a game around Christmas and prep time is getting shorter.
There’s a fix waiting to be released but I’m not sure when that release will happen.
In the meantime the best recommendation I can provide would be to go to the Characters section of the Nexus. Click Create Character, and then select the premade character from there, once you’ve saved the PDF and printed them you can delete the character if you need to and repeat the process. This should bypass the need to make a copy as you’re going directly through the character creator.
You can actually ignore what I said just above this. They just released a hotfix that should have you able to save a copy of a character again while using a free account.
