I have a Roll20 Professional subscription and in Roll20, I have purchased the Spider-Verse expansion for Marvel Multiverse. I am wondering why I don’t have access to it in Demiplane? I have access to the other modules (Marvel Core Rules, X-Man Expansion, Cataclysm of Kang, etc.). I checked to be sure my accounts are syncing and even tried to re-sync.
Am I missing something obvious?
You don’t seem to be missing anything obvious to me. I’d like to have you reach out to our support team and they’ll be able to look into this a bit more deeply than I can.
Sounds like you bought the Spider-Verse content on Roll20 which unfortunately does sync to Demiplane as it’s a lower price product for only VTT-content.
You should try send a help ticket at https://support.demiplane.com/ and maybe they can refund the Roll20 one so your can buy the Demiplane one instead.
