Namely, though they require an additional power choice/point to opt into each, you are currently not required or allowed to purchase the powers associated with each of them once for each set. That is, if one wanted to purchase Vicious Attack for both Blunt and Sharp, one could not do so, and one could also use the purchase of Vicious Attacks in one set to unlock Exploit in the other. This does not fit with the way Elemental Control powers are handled, where you must purchase Elemental Burst for each element before beginning to do anything else, and I do not think it is intended. As such, I make this report.
