On the left is Player Core, on the right is Player Core 2 both in “Spell Descriptions”:
Player Core 2 appears to have the wrong font for the spell titles, and the CSS style being applied is:
Player Core: “goodOtCondBold”
Player Core 2: “GoodOT-CondBold”
So it’s probably just a case of removing the hyphen

Good catch, I’ve forwarded this to the appropriate folks so we’ll see about getting it corrected.
Now that I see the font… I’m seeing it other places too… like here in NPC Core:
This also has the hyphen in the font name
