Hi i can’t find or see ceremonies/rituals in the character creation, like Blinding the Alloy Eye. I suspect it is most or all of the Sabbat book’s additional ceremonies.
At the time the Sabbat book was converted I believe there was an intent to only include content in the builder that was intended for players to use. As nothing in the Sabbat book is intended for anyone but the storyteller those ceremonies/rituals were not added to the builder.
That said I’ve put in a request that we look into the feasibility of adding them since I know that folks also use the character builder to create SPCs.

You can use the Sabbat: The Black Hand sourcebook discipline powers, formulae, ceremonies and rituals.
In the character builder, creation, disciplines & powers, if you click on the cogwheel, you can see that there is a slider titled “Enable Sabbat Powers”. If you turn it on, all the powers, formulae, ceremonies and rituals from the book are available in the character sheet/builder.
Thank you for this. I thought it existed but when I went to look I must have looked in the wrong part of the builder.
