This weekend I am GM’ing a Daggerheart game with some friends. We are starting in person, but then transitioning over to online. I went ahead and created everyone’s character in Demiplane, and wanted to export it for our first game session in person.
When I exported their sheets, I noticed that several pieces of information were missing in the exported PDFs. Specifically, (1) Unique hope feature, (2) Class Features, (3) a Subclass trait if it is split in the character sheet and has two items on a single card, and (4) domain cards. While I was able to copy and paste this information from the character sheet in my editable PDF viewer, it still took more time than anticipated.
It would be a great feature to have a lot of this information already transfer over if possible. Additionally, I noticed some grammatical/spacing issues when the information was exported to PDF. Specifically, anything that started with “Spend a hope/fear/stress” there would be a huge space between the “a” and the thing you needed to spend. Also, if there was ever an apostrophe, there was also a huge space between the letters and the apostrophe. Again, I was able to clean it up in my PDF viewer, but it did take more time than expected.
