It might be that I am just dense but are all medicines missing from the item lists? I can’t find speedheal, rapidetox, or any of the others. also, I can’t find basic grenades to use for the grenade launcher…
You’re not dense, the medicines aren’t included in the items list because they’re specifically part of the MedTech Role Ability rather than items in their own right. I can see where this could be confusing so I’ve made a ticket for us to investigate whether or not we should add them as discreet items or not.
As far as the grenades go I actually can’t find a reference in the book to basic grenades like you’d use for the grenade launcher. If you have a page reference or any other information you can provide to help me find them in the book I should either be able to help find them on Demiplane or get a ticket in to get them added.

I just figured out the grenade, that was on me I am new to demiplane. I would think the Pharmaceuticals would benefit from having an item to keep track of the inventory you have synthesized.
As someone who has played several MedTechs, having Pharma listed in Inventory really is a necessity for the character sheet. I understand why they aren’t; they are not directly purchaseable at all. And the Inventory is “things you can buy”. But when you get a Rank 8 MedTech making batches of SpeedHeal in a go (for not much eddies!) having a place to list “How many do I have on hand?” really is a need.
