So… this is the first I’m hearing of this. It’s not even on Paizo’s website. Does Demiplane know anything about this? Can’t wait to pick it up here!!
The end of the vid said it releases on 5 Nov 25 for about $70 physical, $20 PDF.
Still can’t wait to add it to my Demiplane collection!!
We do know about it actually! We’ll be releasing Monster Core 2 alongside the official release date, currently November 5th!

Will Bestiary owners get a free upgrade?…
Likely not. When the Remaster happened, they said that the free books that were being given were only Player Core (for Core Rulebook owners), Player Core 2 (for Advanced Player’s Guide owners), GM Core (for Gamemastery Guide owners), and Monster Core (for Bestiary owners).
I’m not a Demiplane employee, so I don’t know if this has changed, but that was all that was included in the initial “free uprade” program.
Still, I use creatures from Bestiary 1, 2, and 3 in my Starfinder 2e games all the time, and they work perfectly. =) So I’m not sure there’s any need for a “free” upgrade.
Remastered Guns and Gears and the Treasure book were freely upgraded, but I guess we’ll see!…
I hope so. =) I didn’t buy Guns and Gears because it wasn’t part of the initial offering for free upgrades, but I’m going to be picking up the remastered version soon. =)

Sorry, I don’t think we’re going to be able to do a preorder for Monster Core 2! I’ll pass it along to the powers that be that “The People” would like more preorders though!

We do not have a time yet! We’re working on it now and doing a little patch update, too! We will announce everywhere when it’s ready 
I see it’s up! Are folks who own the Bestiaries going to get upgraded or do we need to purchase separately?…
It will be a separate purchase. I can’t remember which book was the last of the free upgrade program but to the best of my knowledge this and future books will be separate purchases. There’s quite a bit of new content in Monster Core 2 and it’s all set up to work with the NPC sheets as well.
Edit: It was Guns and Gears. That was the last of the free upgrade program.
Second Edit: Also I was partially wrong about something. If there’s a creature that you have access to from a legacy book that got remastered then you’ll have access to the remastered version of that creature.

I bought my copy of Monster Core 2, and it’s fantastic! Thank you!
I wanted to ask about “Guns and Gears,” the last book in the free upgrade program that you mentioned here: I own a copy from Paizo of the pre-remastered version, and so I have a nice discount on that version here on Demiplane. If I bought the pre-remastered version on Demiplane now, would it be upgraded to through the free upgrade program? Or was that only for books purchased before the upgrade program started?
I’m planning to buy it sometime on Demiplane anyway, but if I can save $15 by buying the pre-remastered version, that’s $15. =)
And if not, I totally understand, and will go ahead and buy the remastered version when I can afford it. =)

I had to double check but was able to confirm that the upgrade program was only for books purchased before the remaster was released.
