Hello, I’ve been using Demiplane for awhile, and I have never had my character sheets loading this slowly. They’ve been loading since Saturday, to no results. They still haven’t popped up. Is there a new updated that I need?

I’ve been having the same issue. I was able to access normally all of last week until the weekend. Doesn’t work for any of the other character sheets I have either.

@BrianJ217 - if you have not tried already, could you log out, log back in, and then try to access the character again? I am able to access your character, so I’m working to pin down what may be happening.
Hello I came to this form because I’m having a similar problem. Was there a patch or update because standard fixes (logout/login - reboot computer) seemingly do not work. And my characters are all in a eternal “character engine update” spiral.

Can I get a link to your character? You mentioned that you’ve already logged in and then out of Demiplane, can I also have you try clearing your cache and cookies and if that still doesn’t work can I have you try another web browser?
I tested your link and it took a second but then loaded…
Hmmm… my link is in continual buffer mode? That’s why my initial impression is there was some sort of patch that I don’t have?
For those still having issues - could we try one additional step:
As time allows, could you try to open the character while in Incognito mode (Chrome)?
Interesting. Incognito on Chrome resolved the issue for me. Thanks.
Is there a reason why it’s only working with Incognito? I had only ever been using Safari prior to the issue, and private browser on Safari didn’t resolve it either.
