I think I have found another bug, the Narrative Power set is no longer able to be selected when creating a character. I even enabled the Rank X character settings, and uploaded a premade character sheet that has Narrative Powers included, but either way the Narrative power set is still just not displaying in the character creator.
Its caused by the new Rank X rules. If you enable Rank X as optional rules, you should be able to see them again. Hopefully they revert it to how it worked before.

Hey bospookle. Like HardwarJo said the narrative powers should be available if you enable the Rank X optional rules by clicking on Expansion Rules and then toggling the setting on.
If that’s still not working please let us know and I’ll investigate further. Also, as far as requesting that we revert the change to how the narrative powers are listed I’ll pass along the request.
Ah, I see where the issue is now, you have to also select Rank X as their Rank.
The two images both have the Rank X character options enabled, the first image is a Rank 6 character, and the second image is a Rank X character. The Narrative power set only appears for the Rank X characters. However, when they introduced Narrative powers (in the X-men expansion I believe) there were characters of all ranks that had Narrative powers. Off the top of my head: Cassandra Nova, who is Rank 6 and has the DNA Manipulation power.
Would it be possible to make the Narrative powers available for any Rank characters and not just Rank X?
Yep! I actually thought it allowed narrative powers regardless of rank. So I’ve got a ticket filed to request that we change it to work that way.
