I’m trying to get my brother set up on Demiplane so that we can use the integrated character sheet but as he’s trying to create an account the two survey questions just infinitely loop no matter how he answers them so he cannot make an account or access any of the tools on the app.

Can he try from a different browser from whatever he’s using currently?
Same issue from Edge, Chrome, and OperaGX
He cant, when he clicks that link it goes back to the survey.
That sounds even odder.
What about copying and pasting the link to browser URL address bar and clicking enter from there?
Can he try going on browser’s Privacy Mode? and trying the link? If that works, maybe use Privacy Mode to try signing up again. Might be a cookies thing.

The same is happening for me. After signing in via my roll20 account. I’m somehow able to find this post in the support forum via google search but whatever else I click once I’m not here on the support website (apart from replying here) will bring me back to the infinite survey loop…
If you haven’t yet please try clearing your cache and cookies, if that doesn’t resolve the issue try reaching out to our support team via a different web browser.
