No Access To My Cart On My Account

I can’t even re-purchase the books in PDF format.
I have no access to my shopping cart (which according to a Google search is a common glitch on the site).
The cart option is grayed out on every page and is not clickable.
This is only the case when logged into my account.
I can put items in my cart when not logged in, but once I’m logged in the cart icon and option both again disappear.

I could if it’d let me log in, lol. The support page log in keeps telling me my password is wrong.
