You can do this; they can give you edit permissions on their character sheet…
@RPGeezer that’s a clunky workaround, and you can’t edit them - my point is it should be a basic function of the site.
Hi folks - we are rolling out our updated group’s functionality - Campaigns - as we speak. As of last week, support for Pathfinder, Starfinder, and Daggerheart are live. More game systems will be released each Thursday until we have every character tools-supported Nexus covered.
Now that we’ve had a few days to collect feedback, we’re going to release a few updates to the current flow tomorrow/Wednesday and another update some time after that. One of the items in the second update will be default edit status for Game Masters when a player character is created/imported in a Campaign.
Granting edit permissions has been a feature for several months now and is possible through the “Permissions” flow on a character. We have heard in overwhelming fashion these past three days that it should be a default relationship between a player and game master as part of the Campaigns feature, so we’re pursuing that work now.
More updates will be coming here and in Discord as time passes. Excited to have this first wave out for you all and eager to keep moving on the next few waves.
