Hey there, friend! There’s actually quite a few places to look! Sometimes it can take a bit (depending on how many games are going) but here’s a few resources to help you get started!
Traveller specifically, I would try Mongoose’s (creator of Traveller) official Discord here.
And then for more general locations:
As artemistheemp says, our Discord has a #seeking channel for starters.
Roll20 has an entire Looking for a Group section. Some are free, some are paid (and marked as such!). They also have a section for this in their Discord as well.
Over on Reddit, there are two subreddits with the same process, too.

Matchmaking | Demiplane I have had great luck using this to find both games to play and players for my games.

what if I don’t use discord and reddit because I don’t really like using those platforms especially for games
how do you enter a demiplane voice or video thingy in matchmaking/demiplane
that is part of the group features. When a GM starts a session it will rally everyone and if using Demiplane for Audio and Voice they will start the call and then you will join from the groups page, iirc. It has been a while since I have used the Demiplane Voice and Audio.
