Here is an image. I can log in on the site normally, but I just can’t do anything else, mainly clicking on the games tab and loading the games nexus. I tried to open the F12 Developer Tools (DevTools), but it would never load. I tried a hard reset, but nothing worked. I even disabled all of my extensions and used Incognito with nothing fixing it or working.
I’m really sorry to hear you’re having trouble with our Nexus Platforms. Is this still going on? It sounds like you tried quite a few troubleshooting steps but if you haven’t done so yet I’d recommend clearing your cache/cookies and signing completely out of Demiplane and then back in. If it’s still not working after that reach out directly to our support team and we’ll be better able to help you get things working again.
Sorry for the late response. I tried clearing my cache/cookies, signing out completely, then signing back in, and even going into incognito mode, but none of that worked. It works fine on my phone in Chrome, Safari, and even Edge, but on my PC, it won’t load in Chrome; it only loads in Edge.
That’s definitely very strange behavior as our primary supported browser for Demiplane is Chrome. If you haven’t yet I’d like to have you reach out to our support team with the link I provided above. This will help us better track the issue and should help us with getting a fix for you as well.
