NYC is undergoing a dramatic transformation as individuals from all walks of life suddenly begin manifesting extraordinary powers. Some believe this phenomenon is the result of a mysterious cosmic event, while others suspect secret government experiments or the influence of ancient relics. Regardless of the cause, the emergence of these new heroes (and villains) has forever changed the fabric of society.
The campaign follows the journey of the player-created heroes, from their humble beginnings to their rise as powerful defenders (or rulers) of Neoterra. As they navigate their newfound abilities, personal struggles, and growing threats, they must decide what kind of heroes they will become.
