Is there a way to update my Paizo Connect code? With the updated store, it looks like I might need to regenerate Connect codes and I see no way to update it.
Yes, same issue here. The account sync for Roll20 has a handy unlink account button, but there’s no such button for the Paizo sync that would let me then enter a new Connect code.

Thanks for the reports y’all. We’re currently aware of an issue effecting all Paizo Connect partners and have reached out to Paizo for assistance. As soon as more information is available we’ll let you know.
My issue is a little different than the above. I am trying a new connection with Paizo Connect. Each time I enter the codes from the new Paizo store I get the error: “There was a problem connecting to your Paizo account.”
Sorry to hear that, my understanding of the situation is that it’s all the same issue. We’re still in constant communication with Paizo trying to get this resolved and will update here as soon as we have more information.

Also having issues - kind of bummed because I use my tablet that doesn’t always have internet access and could use some PDFs as a secondary resource when I can’t go online.
Should clarify, I’m a new Paizo connect setup. It loops in the web browser across all platforms after logging in.
Was asked to reset code, but still does work, even though the “Sync Successful” message showed up, but new items are not synced.
I think this is because Demiplane is still syncing with the old website, and not with the new Paizo Store, because I think Paizo itself has not unified the two websites. My digital assets are missing from the old site, just they are on the new store website.
Just adding my case to bump this thread as well. I am trying to do Paizo Connect for the first time. I have a Paizo account with the same email, but when I click the sync, it opens the paizo page, but the content is blank and it just keeps looping. Been trying for three days.

Wanted to come back and let you all know that Paizo is still working to get this resolved. They’ve not provided a timeframe to expect a fix just yet but I can promise that they’re hard at work and we’re doing everything in our power to assist.
Urgh, this sucks, cant’t get the pdf of my new purchase - for the record demi-plane I will likely hold off on any more purchases until this is resolved.
Paizo has undergone a migration that has caused some problems for some users. I solved it by going directly to the Paizo store and resetting the password. From there, you can link Paizo and Nexus without any problems (Just click on Paizo Connect and copy the new code into Nexus)
On another matter, how long does it take to download the PDF from Paizo after making a purchase on Nexus?

It worked for me when I clicked “sync accounts” again on Demiplane - it now removed the old sync code and allowed me to enter the new one that is listed on Paizos new site (Paizo).
Trying to resync sends me into an infinite loop cycle both when I am already logged into Paizo.com and after I log into to the sight after making sure I am logged out before clicking sync.
Can confirm. Paizo site says incorrect password even when it is my correct one when trying to sync via Demiplane…
