Not sure what you’re asking here, is it whether there will be multiclassing in PF2 itself or on the Nexus character builder?
As far as I’m aware, multiclassing is handed through archetypes & dedication feats which I thought were in the builder last time I tried it.

They might be talking about Dual-Class PCs - Rules - Archives of Nethys: Pathfinder 2nd Edition Database (aonprd.com)
The short answer is that we plan to support anything that’s possible in Pathfinder 2e RAW. I don’t have any additional information to share beyond that right now, but when we can share more, we will. 
sorry its been a couple days ive been switching dnd beyond to here for my campaign friend group. i loved to learn that theres dedication feats or dual classing?
i just need to know if we make gestalt characters or something like it
That isn’t in place yet in our character tools, but it is on the roadmap.
