I’m unable to see the vertical dots button to allow me to edit a bladed scarf (I think such a crazy weapon should have a crazy name).
I think the problem might be the insane number of traits attached to this weapon, as in the item view panel to the left they flow off the end of the window – which is a secondary issue.
I’m testing this on MacOS on a recent Firefox build (132.0.2).

Hey ods94043, thanks for the report, sorry to hear you’re unable to access the edit menu. From my testing I believe this is most likely a screen real estate issue but I agree that in cases where traits overlap with the three dot menu it should still give you a way to access it. I’m putting a bug report in over here but in the meantime I’d recommend trying in either Safari or Chrome and see if the issue persists with another web browser.
