The Critical Success and Success column headings are backwards:
I’ve just looked at my PDF copy from Paizo and discovered the error is also in the Paizo original so it’s not your issue, per-se, but it’s obviously incorrect to have the table headings in this order. You should probably fix it and let them erratta it. See for reference the counteract table in the PF2E Player Core:
