Player of mine can't verify his account nor log in

As neither he nor i didnt manage to find anything how he can contact support without the ability to log in: He tried creating an account but never gets the verification mail (spam folder has been checked and he tried multiple times today).

How can we best proceed here and how can he get directly into contact with you as he cant log in even onto the forums thus?
