Hi, I am wondering if the Playtest’s Traits and Powers can be (or should be) active for those of us who purchased the Core Rules book?

If you own the playtest on Demiplane, you should still have that material in the digital reader and rules compendium. The character tools support the full version of the game, but anything from the playtest that didn’t make it into the Core Rulebook isn’t supported in the character tools.
