For some reason in the last week or so I noticed when I go through the game rules menu to the ‘Power Set’ page and try to look at the powers, it says I need to unlock the content. I have all that content unlocked, and can look at it through the digital library or through the ‘Powers’ page in the Game Rules menu. But if I try to look at the ‘Power Sets’ everything says it is locked.
I’m really sorry to hear that you’re getting that error. The best thing to do right now would be to send a request directly to our Support Team. They’ll be able to help make sure that all the content that’s supposed to be unlocked for you is unlocked.
I sent a request to support and they got back saying to log out reset cookies andlog back in. I have done this several times and it hasn’t made a difference. I can see the power descriptions on the power page but not on the power set page. Also in my character builder if I am looking at a power set my character does not haave, the decriptions are locked.
With both instances if I click on the book it tells me I need to unlock the site takes me to the appropriate book, but it is already unlocked.
I haave got back to support to say it hasn’t changed and they have not got back to me again.

I sent another ticket to support, that ticket # is 478318.
They have got back to me saying that they found my previous ticket and my esponse in the forums.
They also have sent me a couple more steps to try
