I’m getting the notification of the promo code for Pathfinder and Starfinder, but it’s not working. Kept getting “invalid” message.

Are you buying a bundle or one of the titles on our exclusion list (too new)? These are on singular titles that aren’t on the exclusion list.
If it is not a bundle or not excluded, please let me know so we can get this looked into!
