Promotional emails for other Demiplane Nexuses/games

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way I can set preferences to only receive emails that relate to the games I care about? I’ve got my subscription preferences set to receive " Demiplane Updates - Our regular newsletter" but have selected to not receive “Marketing Information - Marketing offers and updates.”

Nonetheless, most of the emails that I get appear to be marketing emails promoting other games. What is the difference between the regular newsletter and the marketing info supposed to mean?

For the record, I care about Pathfinder and Starfinder and not all of the other Nexuses, but I am asking generally for others that might prefer other games. I’m wondering if I should just unsubscribe to all, but have been reluctant as it is useful to hear about updates to PF/SF Nexus functionality.

Can we get an option to be more selective about what we want to hear about to reduce the signal to noise ratio?

This took me a little while to look into so I appreciate your patience! To keep this relatively short we hear you and this is something that we’re currently working on. It would be a huge win for both of us if we could send only the emails you care about but it takes time to provide the segmentation needed to make that happen.

For now, we do our best to only send one email a week at most. Yesterday’s double email was an anomaly for which Meredith is very sorry!
