Question on the Unstoppable Feature:

*Unstoppable
  • Increase your current Armor Score by your Proficiency.

How do I know what “my proficiency” is?

I was getting Proficiency confused with the Character Traits, thinking that I was trying to add a specific trait to a bonus.
