Sorry to bug you, but I noticed that only a few surges (gravitation and light weaving) had the table showing how they scale by damage and size as the surge proficiency increases. I was just wondering if this was intended, since in the talent section there are talents that scale off of surge proficiency. (such as with the living soul casting on transformation)
Hi there! This is intentional. The key talent for each surge power has the table in the talent, as a character with that surge power will have the key talent as a requirement of having future talents.
