Cypher Speech grants only one language point instead of fluency in a language (requires two language points on same language).
At level 3 Paragon doesn’t permit selection of a Class Talent.

Thanks for the report, I’ve got Cypher Speech updated to give 2 points now though it unfortunately can’t enforce that they both go into the same language. That will go into effect with our next patch.
I’m currently looking into some broad issues with Paragon as well but I don’t have a timeframe on that.
As far as the character sheets go I’m not sure what else I can do to make the forums understand that links to our own website isn’t spam. At this point I’d say if you need to post a character sheet I’ll just keep an eye out and manually allow it.

After the update the Builder Paragon selection enables selection of Talents, but they are the General and Multiclass Talents rather than the intended Class Talents listed in Chapter 4 of the Rules.

Cypher Speech is still only allowing one point to be selected. The unspent point shows in Builder but it can’t be spent.

I don’t think the patch has released that would increase the number of points provided, it’s currently only fixed on our development side. I’m not certain when our next patch date is just yet.
