I know the Core Rulebook, pg 21, has the option to roll 4d6 (remove the lowest die roll) and assign your stats that way. I don’t believe I saw that as an option in the Character Builder. Will that become one? I do see a work around by going into your character sheet and modifying the score after you’ve already created you’ve gone through the Character Builder. I know my current GM would have liked us to roll. I know I also like to give players (as a table) the option as well.

We are in the process of adding optional and variant rules to the builder as we continue developing it. While the ability to roll ability scores isn’t currently implemented, it is on the roadmap.

Is there a public facing road map?
At this time, there is not a full roadmap. On our Dev Updates, we share what’s currently being worked on and then what our next priority is, but we typically don’t share much beyond that because software development is often a difficult and time-consuming process and we find that sharing too much in the way of dates or a roadmap can lead to frustration and disappointment for all parties involved.
