Text says “Choose two ability boosts. One must be to Constitution, and one is a free ability boost.”
Having selected this Background it only allows you to take the Con boost.
Thank you for the report! Looks like something strange is happening with this background and others like it that only give you the one choice. We’ll dig into it!

Believe it or not, the others appear to be working for me, but Shielded Fortune still stubbornly insists on showing only 1 Selectable Attribute boost.
Is there a special key input to hard refresh a cache or something I need? CTRL-F5 in Edge does not appear to have cleared / changed anything.
Oh never mind, I see what you have done. There is only 1 because CON is automatically selected.
