When increasing a skill if the user clicks the plus sign rapidly they can add more skills than they should be able to. For instance a lvl 2 rogue is able to get mythic thievery, and after this bug happens the user is not able to increase that initial skill any more, but they can then add levels to the other abilities which would normally be locked.
Steps to reproduce.
- level up your character
- enter character builder
- enter increase skills page
- double click the increase skill plus sign
Expected result: skill should only increase to the appropriate level and stop
Actual result: user is able to fully level the skill then they are able to also add points to other skills even though they do not have points to add.
