If you’re experiencing performance issues on Demiplane and are using a Dell PC, check for a pre-installed application called Killer Control Center. This app manages network performance but can sometimes cause hangs and extremely long load times. Uninstalling Killer Control Center has resolved these issues for us.

Hi, I’m on a wired 1 gig fiber optic connection and am having serious slowage on demipage. I can’t use the page while gaming. It’s too slow

It took me quite a bit of troubleshooting just to figure out that Killer Control Center was the culprit for most of my group’s PCs, and I still haven’t fully figured out how to get all of our devices running smoothly. Hopefully, support can help you find a solution without so much trial and error.
