Some armor descriptions in the character sheet still display the old format using the old OGL rules (e.g. Strength 12) instead of the remastered rules using ORC (e.g. Strength +1).
But some are using the ORC rules.

Quilted Armor is from Treasure Vault, which was from before the remaster. We have not changed the rules text of items, however they will function on the sheet by the remaster rules.
